Boys @ F/S Grant Invite

The F/S Boys will participate in the F/S Grant Invite on Monday, May 15th at Grant Community High School. The bus will leave at 3:30pm. Our lineup is posted below. Please e-mail Coach Ellerman with any questions or concerns. 

Order of Events

4:30pm Field Events

Long Jump - 45 minute cafeteria style from 4:30 to 5:15

Triple Jump - 15 minute warm up at 5:15 pm. 45 minute cafeteria style from  5:30 to 6:15. 

Shot Put - First to completion, then discus.

Discus - Will follow Shot Put.

Pole Vault - Open at 7'6" and move up 6 inches every height.

5:15pm Running Events

4x800, 4x100, 3200m run, 100m hurdles, 100m dash, 800m run, 4x200, 400m dash, 300m hurdles, 1600m run, 200m dash, 4x400.
