Parents,

We are excited to announce that D127 is allowing both home and visiting spectators at events. In order for parents to reserve their ticket for an event, on game day, please read the information below. Tickets for home games will not be released until game day!

For home games:

  1. Go to: www.northernlakecountyconference.org/public/genie/1070/school/8/

  2. Find the contest you are looking to attend in person.

  3. Click on the ticket icon.

  4. Complete the information requested. This includes self-certification that you and anyone you are getting tickets for is void of any COVID-19 symptoms.

    • Fever, Cough, Chills, and-or Muscle Aches

    • Sore Throat, Runny Nose, and or Loss of Taste of Smell

    • Nausea, Vomiting, and/or Diarrhea

    • Shortness of Breath and/or Headache

    • Close Contact, or Cared for Someone with Covid-19

    • Temperature > 100.4°F

  5. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique QR code for the event. Please be prepared to show your QR code when you arrive at the contest.

  6. If there is no ticket icon associated with the contest it means:

    • The facility is too small to allow spectators.

    • The GCHS Athletic Department has not set up the ticketing for that event yet. Please check back later in the day.

Spectators will be admitted entry into the facility/field in the following manner:

  • Park in the main parking lot on the North side of the school and enter outside venues from that area. (see map below)

  • All spectators will check in with a Ticket Taker from GCHS.

    • All Spectators will display their QR Code for the event either on your phone or with a printed hard copy.

  • All spectators will need to wear a CDC approved mask at all times while on campus.

  • Spectators may arrive at the facility no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the contest.

  • Spectators will sit in a socially distant manner.  Members of the same household may sit together.

  • Spectators will need to leave the facility/campus when their student athlete is done competing.

For away games, please look on the front page of the website under the “Guidelines for Central Parents attending NLCC events”.

Please remember, ames will also be live streamed on the NFHS network (Stadium events) and our YouTube Channel (indoor events).

In order to keep spectators appropriately socially distanced away from athletes, we would like to do the following tomorrow:
-Shot Put: Spectators may view from the top row, south side of the stadium bleachers, no spectators down near athletes
-Long/Triple Jump: Spectators may view from the top row, north side of the stadium bleachers, no spectators down near athletes
-Discus: Spectators must stay on the opposite side of the line from the circle.
