ORDER OF EVENTS AND APPROXIMATE TIME SCHEDULE:

All field events begin at 4:30 p.m.
4 athletes per relay.
*If your team cannot produce 4 field event athletes you can compete with less but will receive a 0 distance/height for missing athletes.

TRACK: The running track and jumping surfaces are polyurethane, 1/8” spikes only.
BATONS: Each team must furnish its own relay batons.
STARTING BLOCKS: Will be furnished by the host team.
CONCESSIONS: A concession stand will be open during the meet.
TRACK EVENTS: The Shuttle Hurdle relays will be contested in heats against time. We will run every other lane with the start/finish line being the same. The 3200m, 6400m and Distance Medley Relays will be run in one heat. The hurdle relays will consist of 3 heats.
FIELD EVENTS: (All field events will start at 4:30 p.m.)
Pole Vault: Starting height of 6’3”
High Jump: Starting height will be 4’0” and will be raised 2” until 5’, 1” thereafter; the 90 second rule will be strictly enforced
Long Jump: Will be contested in two pits and each team will assigned to a pit. Each contestant will receive three Jumps.
Triple Jump: Will follow completion of the Long Jump and use identical procedures as the Long Jump.
Shot Put and Discus: Will be contested simultaneously with areas available for warm-up. Schools will be assigned to start at either shot put or discus then will rotate to the other throwing event.
