XC Season - Week 1 Info

Athletes,
The season is finally here! We will practice Monday at 3:30pm. Check in will be at the track. Wear a mask, be ready to workout, and bring water. Please be a few minutes early for your health screening at the track. Don't forget a positive mental attitude! Looking forward to a great season!
