WEEK 1 ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Cross Country season is in full swing now! We have a few events this week, but we do not have any meets. Please read below for information about this week. Also, please check the sign up sheet to participate in the various events we have planned this year.

Shout Out: Talon Knauf received an award from Mr. Newberry for providing outstanding assistance at Freshman Orientation. Talon is a great role model for our athletes and a wonderful representative of Lakes Community. Great work Talon!

Note: The season is now in full swing. We expect athletes to be attending practice daily. Athletes who are injured should be working with the coach and the trainer to get healthy. They are still expected to attend practice. Communication is key as we like to know where athletes are at excused or unexcused. Please see our attendance policy if you have any questions about excused/ unexcused absences.
