Winter Training Guide

Below is information for SUGGESTED Winter training. Please be aware that all runners are starting their week 1 at different times. This plan was designed with a week 1 runner beginning in early November. Please individualize the guide to fit your needs. Everyone should be on the same schedule by about week 8. Please log your miles/ minutes and be in touch if you have questions, concerns, or injuries. 

* Tues/ Thurs (3 to 4pm) there will be open Speed/ Strength sessions by the weight room. Runners can get in a workout and a lift with coaches available.

* Mon/ Wed (3 to 4pm) there will be open Spin classes directed by Mr. Schommer in the cardio room. These are a great way to get in a great workout and reduce the wear and tear on your body.

* Season begins Monday, January 15th!

* LOG YOUR WORKOUTS!!! Update your log every week.
