Girls @ NLCC Championship

On Thursday, the Girls Track & Field team will travel to Grant to participate in the NLCC Outdoor Championships. Both JV and Varsity levels will compete at this meet. Field events start at 4:30pm and Running events begin at 5:30pm. We will leave right after school to arrive ASAP at Grant. Our line up will NOT be posted below. Instead, it will be posted on our board across from the weight room. Please contact Coach Shepherd with any questions or concerns.

Order of Events

4:30pm - High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, & Discus.

Long Jump: Varsity will take 3 jumps, cafeteria style with finals immediately to follow. JV will have 4 total jumps.

Triple Jump: JV will take 4 total jumps first. Varsity will then have 3 jumps with finals to follow immediately.

Shot Put: Varsity will throw first and 9 will advance to finals. Finals will be AFTER discus.

Discus: JV will throw 4 attempts first. Then varsity will take 3 attempts and begin finals immediately.

5:25pm - National Anthem

5:30pm - JV will run first, followed by varsity.

4x800, 4x100, 3200m run, 100m hurdles, 100m dash, 800m run, 4x200, 400m dash, 300m hurdles, 1600m run, 200m dash, 4x400.
