Girls @ D117 Invite

On Friday (21st), the Girls team will participate in the D117 Invitational held at Antioch HS. The bus will leave Lakes at 3:30pm. Our lineup is posted below. Please let Coach Shepherd know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks!

Field Events start at 5pm and Running Events start at 5:30pm.

Important Notes

 - Teams Competing:  Antioch, Lakes, Grayslake Central, Zion Benton, Waukegan, Rockford Guilford, Grayslake North, Sycamore, Mundelein, Belvidere North, Kenosha Tremper, Mercer (WI), Racine Lutheran

- ¼ inch spikes or smaller are permitted on the track surface. 

- There is  an area of grass in the southeast corner of the stadium that is suitable for putting up tents.

- Awards:  Medals will be handed out to the top 6 finishing individuals/relays.  A plaque will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams. 

- Scoring:  The meet will be scored 10*8*6*4*2*1 in all events.

 - Concessions:  Available for purchase.  We will have some type of food for the coaches and workers. 

 - Bull Pen:  We will set up a bull pen on the  south end of the infield.  Athletes in most running events will report to this area upon being called.  Athletes in the 100m, 100 HH, 200m and 300 LH will report directly to their event area.
